We've been helping clients develop successful core brands since 2006, so it was about time we evaluated our own. Our team has developed a process for defining the identity of a successful brand, termed the Brand Discovery phase. This has resulted in the highest ROI on business development investments for our clients. And what better way to give the Brand Discovery phase the true test, than to do it for At Media?
FINDINGS
Some of the things discovered that we needed to improve during our Brand Discovery analysis on At Media:
TAGLINES / POSITIONING STATEMENTS
We needed a one sentence mantra that helped our customers understand exactly what we do and give them the ability to learn whether we were the right company for them. We further developed ours; Make Your Presence Known. With the secondary positioning statement; Bringing Brands To LIfe.

BRANDED MATERIALS
Everything that has an image to represent your company should be well branded. These materials are a direct representation of the quality of service you provide. Our printed materials needed to better convey our style, high-end design practices and overall mission to provide businesses with the best branding practices. We continued our Pantone chip theme, and cleaned up our logo. See some previews below:
BUSINESS CARDS - Letterpress business cards are super classy. Photos and printing courtesy of Dolce Press
MARKETING MATERIALS - There should be 2 types of marketing materials; fun/disposable, informative.

WEB PRESENCE
Your web presence is not just your website, it's everything with a mention of your business online. Social Media pages, Blogs, Press, Newsletters, reviews and so on. We needed to update our site to communicate our message, and accurately represent current work. We also needed a custom Content Management System so that our team could all manage new updates together, creating a web presence that engaged our clients.

SUMMARY
We hit a ton of productive 'light bulb' moments about how our brand should be communicated to our key audience. In the final stages we create a plan, include imaging, messaging and long term goals, to be included in all marketing related materials. Our new website is one of the first productions of what we found in our Brand Discovery phase, and will be the core component to keeping our target audience focused on who we are. The Blog is a major player in the way we communicate with peers, existing and potential clients - showcasing our industry leading examples and expert advice. Thank you for your interest in At Media, and be sure to let us know how we're doing!
