At Media has been busy this summer with website launches and advertising campaigns. Not only have we been working on re-launching our own site and brand, but we've had the chance to do the same for other companies. Check out some of the recent websites we've launched in the past month or so.
LPMG Companies is a unique real estate development group in Philadelphia, with the guiding principle 'capitalism based in morality'. Their projects range from Re-Newbold, the first slated LEED certified affordable housing project in South Philadelphia, to commercial development projects like SPTR and Ultimo/Brew.
LPMG's work is often quoted as sustaining forgotten Philadelphia communities, like Francisville, Newbold and Point Breeze. At Media is honored to reveal their newly launched web presence, including a site that presents their diverse mission as easy to understand, and social media to engage.

THE ELPIS FOUNDATION
Elpis Foundation is a non-profit organziation with the mission to raise funds for varioius causes, such as THON, The Four Diamonds Fund, Strikes for Tikes and the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. They're heavily involved in Penn State Alumni efforts, and engage a large audience of philathropists and everyday people who just want to give back. Their web presence needed a custom CMS, that each member of the non-profit could keep updated and adjust for news or recent events.
Elpis's new website, social media pages and newsletter are a great example of now a non-profit can be most effective when investing time and effort into their brand. At Media believes that non-profits should have access to the same services as for profit businesses, and function in a manner that aids their mission and goals.

CAPOZZI FOR COUNCIL
Barbara Capozzi was new to politics. She had worked for decades building a well known real estate firm and extensive civic contributions, leading up to her run for the popular 2nd District City Council seat. As a new politician, no matter what her civic record was, she needed strong name and brand recognition immediately. At Media started right away on creating an impressive and informative web presence, that beat all of her competition, and arguably even most seated City Council members sites.
The use of social media and web updates were vital to keeping her loyal support updated and engaged. Read the case study to learn of the exciting PR and advertising campaigns done by our team, and the results of the highly anticipated election in 2011.

Firm Architecture designed their own site, but found that making edits to expand it was difficult, and overall they needed assistance managing the updates. They, like many businesses, need to focus on their craft, so they intelligently left the web work to the professionals. At Media worked with Firm Architecture to redesign parts of the navigation in the site to more easily update the site under our monthly web maintenaince service.
Now Firm Architecture enjoys a simple, yet sophisticated, website to display their most current work.
