Working in tandem with our creative team members, and the client’s internal team, you will provide outstanding support for one specific client. Leading ongoing projects and client deliverables will give you the opportunity to oversee marketing projects from start to finish, autonomously. Skills & Requirements

  • 3-4 years of account management experience at a creative agency, or in-house marketing position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings, including project milestone meetings, to discuss and identify the project goals, expectations and objectives, and present creative alongside At Media team members.
  • Manage one full time, off-site account. Keep clients and co-workers updated on the progress of projects, creative needs, milestones and client feedback. Develop a good rapport and quality communication with clients to help represent At Media in the most successful manner.
  • Work with At Media team members to assign tasks, conceptualize ideas and create strategies that meet the client’s brief and budget.
  • Present concepts, follow approval procedures, and ensure quality at every step of the process.
  • Act as the link between the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
  • Handle project scopes, messaging, and content for each account assigned.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns along with the account’s Brand Manager.
  • Create client reports and manage hours for projects assigned.
  • Assist with on-site event and marketing opportunities, actively seek out ways to improve client’s marketing efforts.
  • Coach clients on basic branding, marketing and campaign process, deliverables, and the approval procedures.
